Asia Resort Ltd has been linked with the hospitality industry for the last 20 years with their brand name TIMBER TRAIL. Timber Trail, a hotel cum restaurant was set up in Parwanoo in 1982. On the National Highway 30 Kms from Chandigarh, just 5 Km beyond the hustle and bustle of Kalka Town, tucked away in the majestic blue hills of the Shivaliks. It has been a favorite spot over for many on the way to the hills.

In 1998 a passenger ropeway was built connecting the resort to a hill top 5000 ft. above sea level. On the hilltop was created another resort - This came to be known as Timber Trail Heights - In 8 minutes the cable car takes you into the lap of pinewoods and mist.

In 1999, another Timber Trail resort was made in Manali known as Timber Trail Manali located on the left bank of Beas river, in the midst of an apple orchard, it is one of the best resorts in Manali with its private helipad, temperature controlled swimming pool, Discotheque, Jaccussi, Multicuisine restaurant.

The plans don't stop here, Asia Resort has in pipeline a resort in Sangla and a Golf course coming up near Chandigarh soon. The growth of TimberTrail has been associated with its high level of commitment and service standards.

Timber Trail has been associated with the corporate house like Sony, Spice, LG, Indian Oil for organising conferences, dealer meets etc. While interacting with the corporate house we discovered a need in all of them - for a place where business could be combined with pleasure.
